FreeStyle LibreLink – PT 2.12.1

The FreeStyle LibreLink application is approved for use with sensors from the FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 systems. Users can monitor their glucose levels by reading their sensor with their mobile device. Notably, users of the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor can now obtain automatic glucose readings through the FreeStyle LibreLink app, which updates every minute and provides alerts for low or high glucose levels.

The FreeStyle LibreLink application offers the following features:

• View current glucose readings, trend arrows, and historical data
• Receive alerts for high or low glucose levels using FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors
• Access reports such as Time in Range and Daily Patterns
• Share your data with healthcare professionals and family, with your permission

Using Your Application and Reader with the Same Sensor
Alerts can be generated exclusively on either your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or your mobile device (not both simultaneously). To receive alerts on your mobile, you must start the sensor using the application. If you prefer to receive alerts on your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader, initiate the sensor with it first. Once the sensor is initiated with the reader, it can also be read by your mobile device.

Please note that the application and reader do not share data. To obtain comprehensive information on a device, read the sensor every 8 hours using that device; otherwise, reports may not include all available data. You can upload and view data from all your devices at LibreView.com.

Application Information
The FreeStyle LibreLink app is intended to measure glucose levels in individuals with diabetes when used in conjunction with a sensor. For detailed instructions on how to use FreeStyle LibreLink, please consult the User Manual available through the application.
